The easy to use app supports drivers to transport and replacing scanner

Mobile Track supports drivers on their transports and enables simple status recording with geocoordinates via smartphone. The use is possible for collecting goods, direct traffic, FTL and partial loads, lifting traffic, contract logistics and secured transports.

The app offers a variety of functions for paperless processing of delivery, collection, transports or pick-ups with barcode scope, signature recording and documentation of damage with photos. The status reports will be transferred to the respective in-house forwarding software in real time, and on request also to forwarding cooperations.

The fulfillment of the requirements of the arrival confirmation according to UStDV, which came into force from October 1, 2013, is supported as best as possible by mobile track.

Replacement for expensive scanner solutions

So far not covered transports, for which the use of scanners is not economical, can be mapped with mobile track, because the mobile application replaces high-priced scanner solutions. Thanks to the app, logistics service providers and freight forwarders save the long -term investment costs for maintenance and exchange of defective scanners: In contrast to a scanner, there is only significantly cheaper smartphone and a data contract.

High acceptance of drivers through easy usability

Mobile track facilitates many processes in the everyday life of a driver. The app replaces many elaborate processes and is very well received by drivers. Practical tests show that older professional drivers also like to use mobile track. The training effort for the drivers to operate the app is reduced to a minimum, since the app has a very high usability, i.e. can be used very intuitively.

Rapidly react to problems such as traffic jams, possible

With the help of the app, logistics service providers and freight forwarders are always informed about the current and previous whereabouts of the drivers, since Mobile Track regularly sends the geocoordinates of the smartphones to the in-house system-this localization function is also possible with the consent of the driver in real time. A clear land card display can be generated from the location data. Thanks to this function, problems on the route, for example traffic jams, are quickly visible and can be disposed accordingly if necessary.

Advantages for contract logistics and air freight

Contract logistics supports the app intelligently, e.g. pick-up processes in the automotive area at the individual position level, Kanban processes and the documentation of working hours. Surfection and discharge can be recorded with time stamps and serve as proof of the customer. Container bookings for Kanban processes can also be made directly via the app.

In the case of secured transports in the air freight, the departure and input messages can be documented precisely except for geocoordinates and safe transport can be monitored. The data is integrated into existing systems.

Simple connection to existing systems

Mobile track can be easily connected to existing disposition and freight forwarding systems and is quickly ready to start. The dynamic process setting can flexibly implement existing requirements and transmit specific status specifications.
